Cuisinart DLC-8 Detachable Stem Part

This stem attaches your slicing and grating discs to your motor. The fact that it is detachable allows you to switch it out for different discs based on how you need to use your processor. It is compatible with the DLC-8 Cuisinart food processor.

Note: Cuisinart used to manufacture discs with attached stems, but now only manufactures them as separate pieces (the stem separate from the disc). These two-part discs and stems work on older models, so you can purchase this as a replacement for older machines.
