Refunds will be provided within 30 days from the date of shipment to original method of payment used.  All returned items must be in unused, sellable condition with the original packaging intact. Items returned in dirty or used condition will not receive a full merchandise refund

The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Kitchen Works USA is not responsible for return postage.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels marked “delivered” by the post office.  You are encouraged to contact your local post office for details before contacting Kitchenworks USA.  We email tracking information as soon as we ship your order and this information is helpful when contacting your post office.  Please check around other entrances and places where the package may have been tucked from view.  We also request that you ask any members living in your house or building if they may have collected your package, on your behalf or by mistake.
