Grating cheese no longer has to take up so much time. Simply attach this grater disc blade to your processor, flip the switch, and watch your block of cheese shred within minutes. This disc was made specifically for grating parmesan and other hard cheeses. It has no pass-through holes, so the cheese grates right off the top of the blade. It is fantastic for shredding your own cheeses for recipes, garnishes, and storage for later use.
