Start making your own french frys at home with this disc blade that creates perfect rectangles for even frying, baking, and even dehydrating. It is called the french fry disc blade, but has a lot of other applications including making uniform vegetables for stir fry, crudité for snacking, and even vegetable sticks for veggie platters.
